Traversing Hospice and Palliative Choir:

Serving patients, caregivers, and families.

Appropriate music to provide comfort

and care for all.

Who are we?

We are an outreach project of Two Rivers Community Choir, whose dedicated volunteers provide ease and comfort to those traversing the boundaries between this life and the next.

What do we do?

We provide a calm and gentle presence at the bedside, singing simple songs from many traditions, which offer solace and peace to clients, families, and caregivers alike. We are available to visit shut-ins, assisted living facilities, private homes, and  to sing at memorial services.
